Loud hiss in all videos (chrome, safari, quicktime, elmedia, etc) At first I was blaming chrome but now since the latest update to my M1 Mac Mini once it starts it happens EVERYWHERE until I restart the machine. Its maddening because youll just be enjoying something and then this loud static hiss takes over EVERYTHING. The source is a dell USB sound bar mounted to the monitor.
