Is 6-7 hours enough to explore best tourist places of Kochi?

Hi guys, I need some help in planning my Kerala trip. I will reach Kochi at 11pm. I am planning to leave to Munnar next day at around 1pm. So I am planning to visit places in Kochi from 7 am till 1 pm. Is this a sufficient time to visit all the best places in Kochi? Please help. My brother is a student in SGSITS. He is been taking tiffin services and recently he was diagnosed with Jaundice. I suspect it to be the poor quality of food. Guys I was watching BB season 5 againbto relive old days. Just wondered, whenever host opinion/narrative was against Juhi and group, she used to openly crib and bitch about the host after weekend episode. If someone do the same in recent BB seasons, he/she will be bashed.
