There is also a community in Vietnam whose name is Bru and are also known as Riang. Meanwhile the Bru people of Tripura and Mizoram are also known as Reang too. And here’s another thing, when I hear the language of the Bru people ( called Kaubru), it definitely sounds Austrian-asiatic like Khasi. The consonant and sound clusters is just not Sino-Tibetan.
