Do any of you trade better during different sessions?

Yesterday during early Asia, I was taking trades almost like I could see the future. I was doing a lot better than usual compared to doing options. Today in the morning/ early afternoon, I was trading futures like yesterday and got cooked to a crisp. Just settled in. I booked a homestay in a remote village in Uttarakhand. I had a great time today. The people around me are super kind. A random lady offered me tea at their house when I was walking down a stream and they were genuinely very happy to host me.

I could not sit in my house and process my break up anymore, so I came to Uttarakhand. My father is from here and he spoke highly about how he got clarity while living in simple town and simple life and I can get it now. I woke up early in the morning, cleaned up. My house, made some tea for myself and walk downstairs Without a phone. Just walking around and people were so nice and considerate while talking to me. I hope more people visit this place...

Took auto to work today and got talking to the auto driver. He was discussing about his life, the guy probably just wanted to vent out. What stuck me is he has a 15 year old daughter(only child) and though the auto driver stays on rent, both him and his wife work and they are sending their daughter to a good private school.
