    Panchachuli I - Munsiyari ✨

Hey Everyone! Namaste! Here are a few shots from my recent trip to Munsiyari. Don't miss the last one. The majestic Panchchuli-I. Munsiyari. Climbing up a massive mountain, sitting on the backseat, looking out of the window. A deep drop on one side and a wall-like mountain on the other. The moment we crossed that fence, Panchchuli had me with its magic. #uttrakhand #uttarakhandtourism #india #munsiyari

    Mentally Unstable Neighbour

I'm at my wit's end. My neighbor, a woman in her 30s, is mentally unstable and causing constant disturbances. She screams, yells, and throws tantrums throughout the day and night. Last year, she even threw a heavy object from her balcony, narrowly missing someone. To make matters worse, her erratic behavior has led to property damage within the building. After a year-long absence, she recently returned, leaving a tap open in her apartment, causing significant water damage to the floor below. The police have been called multiple times, but...

After how many generations will you think being married will be a choice in tier 1 cities?

So right now most of the millennials and gen-z have parents who would force them to get married due to societal pressure and what not. Do you think it would be the same when it's time for your kids, also our parents generation would still be around in their late 60s/70s and would blackmail by saying things like it's their last wish etc. Will you support your kids or parents?

Why are chief guests for events always IAS officers?

Even in school, and now a university alumni event, IAS officer is the chief guest, and he didn’t even study at that university. Why is this a thing?

    Simulated leverage

I’ve been trying to simulate leverage by going all-in. I reason the larger position size has similar P&L impact as a levered account. This makes up for the fact that I can’t access leverage for various reasons. My experience with this strategy is a drastic reduction in the number of trades that I take. For better or for worse, I have become more picky, definitely more fearful of losses. Today, I am foregoing a bunch of stocks that have broken out on good volume and good RSI. The reasons:...

    Driver needed in Chandigarh

Hi I’m spending around 3 weeks in Chandigarh next month. What’s the best way to hail a driver when we need to go anywhere? I was thinking of ideally having a driver who could collect me from Delhi and then stay with us for the entire duration of our time in India. We could put him up in a hotel and pay for his dinners etc. Is this recommended? Ideally, I would like a luxury car… what are your thoughts and any recommendations for good driver companies?

Best way to increase non branded traffic?

So I recently shifted industries from travel industry to a niche property management industry. About 11m clicks per month at my old job vs 2500-3000 per month at my current. They haven’t updated their website content in years and I’ve been there a month to fix the technical aspects and site structure and create low funnel content and such. Some small gains, some small losses, everything’s kinda overwhelming especially given the endless core updates this year. The problem I’m facing at the moment is about 60-70% of the traffic...

How can I make this approach more concrete?

Hey folks, My process for writing helpful content has always been to look up what people frequently ask on subreddits and then write a blog post about it. Last year I tried this approach and one of my articles made it to position #1 on google and brings in a healthy level of monthly traffic. Albeit not from a region I’d expected but traffic nonetheless. I did this a little haphazardly. I’m wondering if there’s a way to be more proactive about this where I can gauge if there’s...
