Is winter in UP less intense this year or am I just delusional? I live in a town near Bijnor(famous for its sugar mil). I haven't seen smog(or fog) since November. In the December of last year there were a lot of foggy days(almost everyday) but I haven't seen it this entire December. Also, the cold as far as I remember was much more intense.
