Visited Injambakkam beach and was dejected. It has to be the worst kept beach in Chennai with trash hewn about. Also found a dead olive Ridley turtle and a puffer fish. Idk what to make of this.

Totally messed up!

I just can't sleep at night my mind is always full of thoughts. Daily I have to force myself to sleep. I am concerned about my studies and career stuff but I think no matter how much I try I end up being inconsistent and sluggish. during mocks I am completely zoned out! Can't even focus on my studies. Man my days are totally messed up. I just feel I'm good for nothing.
