Videos keep skipping back to earlier point in the video.

Lately(like the last 2 or 3 weeks) I'll be watching a video on YouTube and then randomly it will revert back to an earlier point in the video. The amount of time seems random, too. Sometimes it's 45 seconds sometimes it's 45 minutes. It's not a network issue because it seems to happen regardless of where I happen to be. Inter city Taxi drivers, should they be more caring for the customers

I have been travelling between Delhi and Chandigarh for a few years now and mostly via Taxis. I do this via a taxi agency... What I have observed is that taxi drivers get randomly assigned a day before and the behaviour of taxi drivers is not very nice - like they take 2 stops of 30 / 40 minutes each even though I request them to take 1 stop.
