Need a RTO consultant for getting NOC for a blacklisted car Hey all, Due to some bogus challans (which I paid later), my car has been flagged as NTBT (Not to be transacted) by the Pimpri Chinchwad RTO. Somebody is using my vehicle number I recently logged in to the Karnataka one website to check if I have any traffic fines on my two wheeler. I saw two fines for rider and pillion not wearing helmet.
