Legal costs for set up - $8-10k? We're an Australian startup that is looking to establish a Delaware C-Corp as we look to launch in US market this year. This entity would be at the top of our global structure, and would acquire the shares in our Australian company via a non-taxable stock for stock reorganization. There are only three shareholders (all founders). Pretty straight forward, and common from what I'm told. My experience with Citroen After lots of research, I went to book for Citroen C3 aircross( such a good car) in one of their showroom. guess what? , no one was around. Then the dealer told me Citroen has not released the offers for 2025 and they can not offer any confirmed price & offer. They are yet to start production for 2025 and have not made the cars yet. How are 100% buffers implemented? I notice there are some buffered ETFs that offer "100% downside protection" in return for limited upside. I'm not looking to trade ETFs but rather I'm asking a technical question on how this is done so that I can possibly implement buffers in my trading. Why suddenly the biggboss voice is active and not passive? I remember watching initial seasons of biggboss(maybe the first 8-9) and in later seasons i felt zero connection with the contestants and hence stopped watching. I watched few episodes recently and noticed the orator seems to be using active voice instead of passive. I clearly remember it used to be “biggboss chahte hai” and now it’s just “me chahta hu”.
