Cannot watch any videos on my account because "Content Unavailable"

For some reason, on my account, I am unable to start playing any youtube video. If I try, all I get is a black box that says "Video unavailable.This content isn't available, try again later." Zoom in when composing a new email in the mail app?

So, is there a way to zoom in when creating a new mail in the apple mail app? This is for zooming in, NOT increasing the font size used when sending out the email. I have a semi large monitor and not the best eyesight even with glasses. The standard command and + doesn't work. Nor does shift + command and +. Setting high DPI is not an option for me as it messes up another application that I use, and it seems ridiculous to need to set high...
