Real estate Project Price Hi Guys, I have been getting exorbitant quotes for real estate projects across Bangalore. However, I have noticed an interesting scenario - when I look at last transaction prices through 99acres, housing.com or zapkey then I notice that the actual purchase value is significantly lesser than quoted price. Has anyone else noticed it and can we believe the past transaction numbers quoted in these sites. For eg.
