How to show newer unicode characters in macOS? For instance, ▎(Left One Quarter Block, [U+258E](https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+258E)) can be shown in macOS but not 🮇 (Right One Quarter Block, [U+1FB87](https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+1FB87)), not even in the Character Viewer. The options are there, but changing them doesn't actually seem to change the output resolution and the resolution seems fixed on the maximum supported resolution of the connected device.
