Hi guys, I’m visiting from the US and I am in a village near Ladwa. There is a house that beats/abuses their dog badly (desi mix). I’ve come to learn that they threw him out. Anybody for a bike ride from Dibrugarh to Arunachal?

I'm from Dibrugarh and I recently rode from Dibrugarh to Parsuram Kund, and Dibrugarh to Kohima for the Hornbill festival. Both those rides were me alone, so I'm wondering if anybody wants to ride in a small group of say 2 to 3 people or 4. I don't have a plan of where to ride to but I'm hoping somewhere like Roing or somewhere where the roads are good and doesn't need a lot of preparation like changing the tires or so.
