Need recommendations for good fabric store and tailor!

Hey girlies, need your help! I’ve a close wedding to attend in a month and I’m planning to make custom saree and sharara set for 2 different occasions. Please recommend good places to buy good, budget friendly fabric and also need a good tailor who can stitch custom made outfits from a picture I show! Lol. 🙈 Few of my friends recommended Camp area and global center but nothing in particular. I really really need some suggestions from your personal experience.

Mental-health tip: you can use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapies to improve your mental well-being. You don't need a professional therapist for this.

Many of us struggle with mental health issues. Some of us may really need to see psychologists or psychiatrists or require medication, but most of us don't. We may suffer, but we are not clinically ill enough to require professional help. If this is you, then you should consider using techniques from cognitive behavior therapies to help yourself face your challenges. I find the academic and clinical speak in this area quite annoying, but the fundamental ideas of cognitive behavioral approaches are simple: * Our cognition, emotions, and behaviors...

Karan Wahi being one of us and saying bring back Star One

Like seriously…even he said that if Star One could survive in the pre OTT days, it should be revived now…it’s quite literally a need.

To Mainland People in the sub, dont get offended being called "Mainlander"

In Northeast India, "mainland" is simply a term to describe the large part of India that isn’t Northeast. It mirrors how the rest of the country constantly generalizes us as “Northeast” in media and politics. If they can lump us together, we can have a term for the rest too. Some argue "Northeast" is just geographical, but in the Indian context, it carries cultural and political baggage. Using "mainland" helps Northeasterners recentralize themselves in their own psyche and balances the narrative. The term isn’t offensive, just practical. It’s far...

Hit and Run Near Lulu Mall in Kochi: Driver Disappeared into the Mall. need advice

Yesterday, my friend was driving near Lulu Mall in Kochi when our car was struck by another vehicle while taking a U-turn. The other driver seemed okay initially, as it was busy, we told that we'll take the vehicle to the side but then he quickly drove into Lulu Mall and disappeared. We were able to get the other car's number plate. We then went to Lulu Mall security and inquired about the car using the number plate. They confirmed that the car had entered the mall but had...
