How can I fix duetexpertd daemon high CPU usage?

This duetexpertd process has been causing really high cpu usage on my intel mac, and it's always getting it to about 85 celsius. I know what this process does, but I don't need it because I don't sign in to my Apple ID on this mac. Is there a way to maybe remove it or something else? macOS Sequoia 15.2

Government declares Wayanad landslides a 'severe nature disaster', announces aid process | India News - Times of India

Centre on Monday declared the devastating Wayanad landslides a disaster of "severe nature," after five months, acknowledging its significant impact. Wayanad MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra welcomed the Centre's decision and said it is "step in the right direction." According to an official source, the Union home ministry informed the Kerala government that while initial financial aid comes from the State Disaster Response Fund (SDRF), additional assistance through the National Disaster Response Fund (NDRF) follows assessments by an Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT). "However, keeping in view the intensity and magnitude...

Based on how the city and its infrastructure, what would you estimate its GDP(PPP) per capita in USD to be?

For context, I made this map of districts in AP by GDP(PPP) per capita: https://www.reddit.com/r/andhra_pradesh/s/QoWu7xfKih However, in the comments, I got rightfully called out for using India’s PPP conversion factor of 20.29 for all the districts even though the cost of living varies by state and by district. So then, what would Vizag’s actual GDP(PPP) per capita be of $34,800 is too high?

    Launchd routine doesn’t work

I’m trying to setup a bash script to run every 10 minutes to backup my Obisidan vault to a git repository. It's a simple script that looks like this: ``` #!/bin/bash export PATH="/usr/local/bin:/usr/bin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/sbin" VAULT="/Users/<my-username>/Documents/<vault-folder>" git -C "$VAULT" add . git -C "$VAULT" commit -m "backup at $(date)" git -C "$VAULT" pull --rebase -Xours -Xignore-all-space git -C "$VAULT" push ``` It has the required permissions. I can run it manually. My .plist file to set up automation with launchd looks like this: ``` <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple//DTD...

Who Does External Linking Really Well?

I'm getting started on a test to see if and how adding helpful & trustworthy external links to articles helps them rank better. I've seen some conflicting studies on it so I figured I'd test it myself on a few sites. I'm looking for five or 10 sites that do external linking well including who they link to, what their anchor text looks like and how the linked content relates to the article topic (promotional, informational, research-based studies, only .govs and .edus, etc.). Can you recommend any sites that...

    If I could.

I would've loved to host a NYE party at a movie theater with a movie decided based on votes of attendees. Now I understand how many ppl would love to spend NYE with their family, but some ppl live alone in tricity. And I love just the collective countdown to 12am. And by collective I mean 100+ ppl doing the countdown!! We couldve done a reddit meetup where we couldve gathered just for countdown. And later replied with our POVs of the event. Just a thought. :)

Real Time Storage Replication on Mac

Hello, I have a video playback application (Mitti), that I will be running on a redundant pair of Mac minis. Does anyone know of an application that would allow for high speed, local folder replication between a pair of Macs? We would be running a 10 gig network, and would like a single folder (containing the media assets for playback) to maintain sync between the two devices. Just to be clear: we aren't talking cloud sync here....this needs to be local and low latency.
