Amazon customer service and installations- Beware of big purchases

I shifted to a new house and had to get many things for an unfurnished house. I didn't want to take extra efforts to go to local markets in Mumbai to purchase furniture. I thought it would be as easy as purchasing smaller items as usual. But buying furniture and high cost items on Amazon is such a pain in the ass. Firstly, Amazon makes it extremely difficult to even connect with their customer care executives. You have to choose wrong reasons to deliberately get in touch with them....
