Has anybody noticed that the slowmode feature on youtube is just completely broken.

for one, it does not tell you how long the slowmode lasts until you message once, and because the timer does not count down, you just have to guess. Thats not even the main issue, the main issue is that the slowmode does not work. It will randomly say you need to wait even though you have and the message wont go through. BMTC KIA Airport Shuttle fares increased by around 50/-
