What's with autowalas in seawood area not going by meter and charging 30 rupees for minimum distance

Most of the time it's sharing understandable they get 7 rupees extra and we gotta save 13 rupees but why are all of the autowalas charge 30 rupees for minimum distance in name of sharing. Today similar incident happened with me and I straight up asked him drop me at police station there we can discuss the whole pricing scene. He threw some fit but I didn't let him take my precious hard earned 7 rupees. Pls be a responsible citizen and don't pay extra this way otherwise the...

Why we need to be more grateful?

My father was born in 1955, in a rural village of Himachal, living in the mountains was not as fun as it is now, because it was completely isolated. Every now and then he shares stories about his childhood, from daydreaming about sitting in a bus to being baffled by how telephones work. Yesterday, we were talking about money, and he said, "During our time, there was no money, only a select few money lenders had it and that to not more than 10 rupees" I was a bit...

is south africa worth it for CPL??

ive been contemplating for a while to do my CPL in SA. some schools like inversion offer specific "INDIAN DGCA" programs tailored for indian students to get their SA cpl and then convert it to an indian one. most schools there except 43air come down to about 40-45L for the entire cpl program. i also heard there they train you in spin and stall which usually isnt done here in india. also 43air has a massive fleet of piper cherokee and C172. i cant seem to find much info...

Need help guys, Are Offline Data Science Courses Like Imarticus/Scaler Worth It?

Hey guys, So I’ve been checking out offline Data Science & Analytics courses like Imarticus and Scaler. They seem pretty solid with structured learning and “job placement support,” but the fees are crazy, and I’m not even sure about the job guarantee they promise. Feels like a gamble, honestly. Here’s where I’m at: * I have **2.8 years of experience** as a Data/Project Analyst. * BTech in CS from a Tier 2 college. * I took a break after leaving my last job (a sales role I did for...

So many ATBB movies in our grandparents' and parents' generation, even in our generation before this Pan India thing, but rarely anyone knows about box office figures of these movies

The only thing we know about all these movies is,they were good and resorted with the masses at times of their release, and the movie itself/any of its characters or dialogues, etc. became iconic for several decades But I have never heard anyone mention box office figures of all these movies(and many more) while praising or even just talking about these movies So,why people became so obsessed with box office collections now
