Suggest a good Air fryer under 7k

I recently moved to a new house and i have been bombared with air fryer adds on social media. I would like to purchase one under 7k ( max 8-8.5k). I heard it uses less oil to cook things. My primary use case is - Making some chicken ( enough for 2 for lunch/ dinner) - making some fries when friends come over. Can I Build a House with a Different Floor Plan than the Approved MDDA Map in Dehradun?

I am planning to build a house in Dehradun. An MDDA-certified map has already been approved for the land where I want to construct the house. Now, I want a different floor plan from what is on the MDDA map. Will I face any problems if I get the house constructed according to a different floor plan? The architect I contacted says that almost all the houses in Dehradun are not constructed according to their respective MDDA maps. I am too confused right now. What are your opinions on...
