Bamboo shoot related question! Please help!

Hello people, I fermented bamboo shoots some months ago. Chopped in small pieces and stored them in a glass jar with water and salt. Took it in a dark place in room temperature for about 1 month. Now refrigerated. But they haven't been soft yet. Although the colour has changed to a little bit greyish, but not softer. It has a smell too that comes from fermented shoots, but I am not confident. Few of the people I encountered who're advocates - claims to borrow money for survival, upon asking about their profession - they take so much pride - recently was watching this "Maamla Legal Hai" on Netflix (didn't watch full) - in which they've highlighted the condition of Lawyers in India in comic way. Budget destination wedding near Mumbai

Any suggestions for a beach resort-like wedding venue along the beach in Maharashtra?
