Used honda city pecularity

Hello Everyone, I (25M) can drive and I have been searching for a used honda city as my first car with budget upto 7 lacs. I stumbled upon a car on spinny; 2017 V Petrol MT with 36k on the odo and a price of INR 6.40 lakhs. The car looks solid. However, the wear on steering mounted controls is making me sceptical of the odo readings. What do you guys think?

its important to express sorrowness as much as we express happiness. I also cried alot in my room because i seriously can't see my parents stressed and disappointed (i cared more about my parents than my marks) but now hell yeah I've decided that even if i could not get into some govt college I will ensure by the end of this year my parents would be proud. Do tell me how you felt after crying and what you decided to do from now? Its important to move on...

I have 12 backlogs and iam in s6(EC).I have started studying for the supply exams now eventhough its way later in April. I also failed for every core subject in s5😢. Hey all, Am I missing something? When did the property prices by popular builders like JP infra cost almost 45L which is also cost in dombivali and Kalyan. And even most of the areas in Navi Mumbai?
