Applied land patta and got rejected 3 times due to bribe expectations, what to do ? I'm from a village near Tuticorin Airport , I have applied for patta name change in online for a land. The application got rejected more than 3 times with no proper reasons . So visited the VOA to enquire about the reason and rectify it . But it seams , the VOA is expecting bribe .
