Videos stop after 1 minute?

So I'm having an issue watching anything on youtube. I think it might have something to do with my account. Videos will play until the 1:00 mark and then just buffer until it fails. If I open a different browser where I'm not logged in, it will play just fine....until I log in. Does this have something to do with my use of ublock origin? Is YouTube really cracking down this hard now? Does anyone know what's going on here?
