Playlist Won’t Load

For some reason playlist on YouTube will not fully load - as shown in the screen shot, that little loading icon at the bottom comes up and never goes away and loads the rest. I’ve tried a different browser and different playlists and they are all doing the same thing. Anyone else having this issue?
