Cannot upgrade Premium to Family

Hi, I've had YT premium for a while now and I wanted to upgrade it to a family premium account. However, when I try and upgrade my premium it sends me in a continuous loop, telling me to manage my subscriptions, with no way of actually upgrading to premium. Even when I click the "purchase family subscription" it leads me to a page that says I already have premium. Do I need to cancel my solo subscription first before I can get family premium?
