Anyone notice how Shortform meme content gets so many donations?

Genuinely I have never seen donations as big as the ones I see on these channels, especially meme zee (I've seen upwards of 3 at times). Is this some big money laundering scheme lmao (I'm sure it's not). Like why would someone donate $500 on a <20 second meme???
