I can't believe YouTube plays ads on first aid videos

I had to use the heimlich maneuver the other day. I know how to do it but it had been a while so I asked the person I was with to pull up a YouTube video just so I made sure to do it right. An ad played on the video. I feel like first aid videos should automatically be blacklisted from having ads play on them. Every second counts in these situations. I don't want to imagine what could have happened if I didn't know what I was doing.
