Looking for budget friendly areas to rent near Andhra medical college

hello there, fairly new to the city and i wanna know which areas come under budget friendly parts of the city while staying close to the hospital/college. Also what should be my price range that’s considered normal for the respective areas? (for unfurnished flats of 2bhk or above) Thanks in advance.
