I need help asap!

Can I please post this on r/Visakhapatnam? Please , I desperately need help! I made a terrible mistake and I am sorry for what I have done, and right now I'm losing my brain. Me and my girlfriend are both 18 y/o, and we're studying in a local college, and we had unprotected sex on December 24th and later when her period date was around jan 15th but she didn't get it, and we started to worry so we took a prega test kit and the results came negative but till now she didn't get her period, and when she checked today in the morning the results came positive. We both are stressing out like hell, we cannot let our parents get involved in this and also she's ready for an mpt through pills. Please suggest me what to do now. I don't have much trustable friends around here too. Ps: she's NOT a hosteller
