Went to beef shop and the guy talked very differently

So I went to beef shop near railway new colony today, the beef guy was talking very differently. I asked him for boneless, small size pieces. He was behind the cutting wood and I'm infront. He asked me to come besidr him and see if the pieces are of right size. I told him I can see it from here, it's okay for me. But he insisted and asked me 3 more times. I didn't reply and was staring at wall cuz I became kind of uncomfortable. Then he asked me whether I was at beach yesterday. I said no. He was saying he saw me yesterday, he is sure that it's me, he always remembers faces right and he isn't "aadola pichodu" (mad for woman). I didn't respond anything. He was praising my tshirt while watching at my tshirt neckline. I was literally staring at wall. Not responding anything. I felt very very uncomfortable and weird and low confident at that time. I couldn't respond. My brain kind of became puzzled. While staring at the walls, my mind made weird imaginations like what if someone closes the door from outside and I'm stuck here while he does something to me. I know it's stupid but somehow with a few bad experiences my mind became like this. He finally handed over my meat and said "happy journey". It took me 3h to come out of the anxiety I got from it. It's my 3rd time going to that shop, and every time different butchers are there. I don't even know what to do, whom to tell. Did any of you face this?
