Old bookstores or places to buy second hand books

Firstly, I'd like to thank everyone who suggested the various restaurants last time on my post. Took my parents to Mekong and they absolutely loved the food, especially the prawn tempura and the sushi. I really enjoyed the lamb too! Couldn't drink though as I had to drive back. That brings me to the reason for my post today, I'm taking mom out for lunch today to Upland Bistro today and wanted to know if there's any nice bookstores or places to get second hand books near there. Also, drop in an library suggestions where one can just go sit and read for a while. Are there any green spaces like parks or such where I could go relax and read? I know that's a lot of questions so thank you for your suggestions, after last time I know you won't disappoint!
