Is Excel broadband good near the Mangalagiri area or should I get out before it's too late??

I used to use Excel broadband 7 years ago it was decent back then but when I tried to get a reconnection there were a lot of bad reviews is it trusted or should I try another broadband? Any suggestions.? Ps- I don't want to opt for jio or airtel fiber because I don't to buy a seperate router and all
