Improving IT sector in Vijayawada

Hey all I'm interested in working with the current AP government in developing IT sector in the new state capital and helping our fellow andhra-ites stay closer to home while being at work. In short, I want to do my part in developing Vijayawada as a viable alternative to Hyderabad for us andhra folks, Especially who are working in IT sector in blr, hyd or chennai. No offense to those cities. Do you guys have any contacts with the current state government offices who work in this area? Mods please help provide any info if this is something in your purview.
