searching for skin specialist

i’m in search of a good skin specialist/ dermatologist for my mother. she previously had been going for check ups regularly to idk which hospital but it seems like the medicines he’s prescribing aren’t working/showing any results and also the service charge is pretty high so if anyone has a good recommendations for the same, please let me know.
