Noise pollution complaint

This has been persistent since more than a week now. Playing DJ's in societies and that too at this hour and loud af is just criminal. My fking windows and balcony door is shaking. I tried calling the Police just now, but they are not picking the call. Goes on hold then its hung up. Tried 4 times. This is the first time I am calling the cops. Aise hi hota hai kya hamesha? Don't they pick ur calls? Edit:11 calls and still no one's picking (11:27pm) Edit: 12 and still no one has picked up
