Can someone guide me for loan for commerical property !

So, I am working outside India and want to know if I can get a loan of around ₹55–60 lakh on a monthly income of ₹55,000. However, there’s a catch—I have only one year of ITR filed, and my CIBIL score is low (605) due to a missed Dhani loan payment. I forgot about dhani loan so this happen. I don’t have any dependents; it’s just me. Do you think I can get a home loan for ₹60 lakh? Please guide me on the possibilities.
