Need Help - Urgent

Hello everyone, My grandma turned 75 this year and she has been facing lower back pain. We tried many doctors and consultants in our city but none of them is working. One of the relatives suggest VINS, Vadodara and I tried some researching about it. But I'm not sure. Please suggest some good hospital for consultation and it's fees (if you know). It'd be great help.
