Illegal construction in my area.....

Over the past two decades, there's been so much construction in my area, and it's not like it's all new. I've seen the old houses and their original boundaries, but every time someone renovates, they just keep extending their houses. Back then, there was enough space to park four big cars, but now people are struggling to find space for two. Parking fights are becoming an everyday thing now. Honestly, I don't mind a bit of illegal construction—everyone seems to be doing it these days—but this has gotten out of hand. An Eicher truck used to pass through easily, and now even a Bolero pickup struggles. I’m not saying anyone's house should be demolished, but this is way too much. Who can I notify about this, and is there a way to do it anonymously? I don’t want my name in any legal mess or to seem like the bad guy. My biggest concern is safety. If, God forbid, there’s ever a fire, there’s no way a fire truck could get through. All I want is for the extra construction that has been done should be removed, so the area isn’t so congested.... Let me know if anybody know a way around this....
