Guy I Need serious Advice.

I am from Vadodara but due to college currently staying in a rented flat In Anand, Karamsad. Since Pre Uttarayan There has been Frequent Powercuts in this area. But now post uttarayan There have been power cuts 3-5 times in a Day and Atleast 2last more than an Hour. I so Fed Up. Now the society that i live in is crazy the whole area and the society has a common power line but only the last 5Blocks have a different powerline The Housings on this Power line experience insane Amount of power cuts. If the Whole area goes down our Power too goes down but might take an hour extra to Get it back. Please guys Advice me What steps can i take to complaint and whom to reach out!!!
