any place for a bday party for 13-y/o kids?

we're looking for a place to celebrate our 13yr old's bday. we found places like black bunny to be interesting but quite pricey. we also looked for places which could provide a "neon party" but couldn't find any. please suggest some places. Cafes will do too, especially if they have activities for the kids. there will be 10-12 kids, and should be of around 500-700 per child. thanks!
