Suggestions for starting a Wedding hall business

As title says, I’m determined to build a marriage hall after seeing all the people spending so much money on weddings. I’m asking genuine suggestions and feedback’s related to my existing plan. Here it is- I have a land of 13 Manda (a little bit less that an acre) which is adjacent to main road. I’m thinking about making 8 rooms (each equipped with bathroom) for bride and groom families, a big hall for wedding rituals inside same building. For dinner, varmala and parking, I want to utilise the open space which I will make it look like a garden. I will outsource the tent and catering to third parties which will take care of outer space decorations. I have a budget of 50L (which includes loan as well) to kickstart it and later will keep upgrading with earnings. Please suggest if there are any gap in the plan, additional things I should consider, and is it a good business plan.
