Scholarship Query

Can I register twice with same no. in Scholarship So I filled the form and took the final print. But when I went to submit it to my college, they told me about some incorrection in the income certificate. Now can I register again using the same mobile number? Because I've heard from many people that you can't do that after taking out the final print. So if I can't, what alternatives do I have? Can I register with another phone number (but that won't be linked to my bank account or my aadhar). What do I do? Help!!!
