Recieved Damaged Driving licence

I got my driving licence approved on 10th January. I waited for a really long time to get the licence delivered at home. Today after more than a month i got the licence but it is damaged. The side is bent and the chip is poking out from the back. Honestly its very frustrating to get any documents in UP. First u "pay" a bunch of people and then there is always a delay at various points and now the indian post delivery has ruined my DL. What should i do now? Is this not considered damaged? Should i try to get a duplicate licence?
