Need help (mahakumbh visit)

I will be visiting mahakumbh mela from Varanasi in coming few days via bus(I know there are train available but due to some reasons I am taking bus) So basically I am planning a one day trip to mahakumbh from Varanasi and back to varanasi the same day via bus so anyone of you can help me out with the details (like how to Plan my journey and where do the bus leave you in prayagraj and from there how to reach sangam and all) I do have some idea about the bus routes but I am not sure about them so that's why need some help. Ps: I am thinking of taking the early morning bus to mahakumbh visit the sangam and return back by night the same day and I won't be visiting on sahi snan dates rather on normal mahakumbh days.
