Has anyone face this paradox whole booking dl test slot?

In my application status, it says that fee payment and slot booking are pending. However, when I proceed to the fee payment page, it shows that the fee is already paid (I am trying to book a new slot as I was absent) and does not let me take any action on that page. Then, when I return to the previous page, it still says that the fee payment is yet to be completed. Additionally, if I try to go directly to the slot booking page, it asks me to complete the previous flow first.
