Boards marksheet Hindi or English?

Will the marksheet be available in English? I'm taking UP Board in intermediate (originally from ICSE) so I'm not sure if my marksheet and transcript will be in English or Hindi. My school (I don't go) uses Hindi but I opted for English as the medium language for Board exams. Another question: how do you calculate your Board percentage? Out of all five subjects or best four subjects?
