Buses from prayagraj to delhi

I have my train booked from delhi to jammu on 18 feb and i am currently in prayagraj. As no trains are available from prayagraj to delhi i have resorted to buses. Now the question i have is that is the condition of buses same as that of trains (the availability says opposite) I am deciding of travelling in the intercity smart bus, so anyone who has any knowledge about the situation of the buses rn in prayagraj, can you please tell me that do i need to board the bus on 16 to be on the safer side or are buses running normally?
