Skiing course in Auli

Does anyone know about the skiing course which is conducted by the government? I am talking about the 14 day course https://gmvnonline.com/skiing If anyone has attended this, how was your experience? Is this worth it? I am a total noob and do not know anything about skiing as of now. Any reviews or insights would be really helpful.
