Route Recommendation

Hi I'm planning to go visit chopta hill station to visit chandrashila via Ukhimath from Rudraprayag. How is the connectivity post sunset? Is there busses/public transport available from rudraprayag to ukhimath? and Ukimath to Chopta hill station? I want to catch chandrashila in sunrise. Please suggest timeline how can I make it from rudraprayag to chopta... I am coming from delhi
