Alchohol gonna kill uttrakhand before any so called infiltrators. And why no one talking about it?

Alchohol is a huge problem in uttrakhandi household but we never acknowledge it while talking to someone about it. My own father is that guy. I hate him for that. But when people talk about uttrakhand they refuse to acknowledge this problem.
